Ginger Shots

Why are ginger shots good for me?

Ginger is well known for its natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Many people find ginger shots helpful for digestion, supporting immunity, easing motion sickness and nausea, improving blood circulation, and providing a quick energy boost. However, they are not a substitute for medical treatment, and results may vary from person to person.

What’s in your ginger shots?

Our ginger shots are made from 100% fresh, cold-pressed organic ginger root, combined with complementary natural ingredients such as lemon and honey (depending on the flavor). No added preservatives, or artificial flavors.

How are your ginger shots prepared?

We use cold-press juicers to make our high-quality ginger shots. Since they don’t produce heat, more of the fresh ingredients’ nutrients stay intact.

How long do ginger shots last, and how should I store them?

Always check the “Best Before” date printed on the bottle cap. Our shots are best enjoyed within 10 days after opening.

Keep the bottle refrigerated at all times, even if it has not been opened, to maintain freshness and quality.

How much should I drink at once?

Most people enjoy 30–60 ml (1–2 oz) of our ginger shots at a time. They’re quite potent, so you can take them as a quick shot or dilute with tap or warm water. For more ways to enjoy them, check out our recipe page (coming soon).

Are your ginger shots diluted with water?

There is no water added to our shots at all.

Are your ginger shots vegan?

Our ginger shots contain honey, so they are not vegan. We source our honey from a local farm in British Columbia. However our ginger teas are made entirely from plant-based ingredients and are fully vegan and organic.

Do your ginger shots contain any additives or sweeteners?

There are no additives. Our products are lightly sweetened with pasteurized honey.

Are your ginger shots organic?

Partially — we use organic ginger, organic turmeric in our fresh cold-pressed ginger shots.

Do you add black pepper to your turmeric ginger shots?

We add a small amount of black pepper to our Turmeric Ginger Shots. This isn’t just for flavor—black pepper helps your body absorb curcumin, the beneficial compound found in turmeric.

What ingredients are in your ginger teas?

Our teas are made from premium-quality organic ginger root that’s gently dehydrated to lock in flavor and beneficial compounds.

We offer 3 ginger tea blends:

  1. Just Ginger
  2. Ginger & Lemon
  3. Ginger & Orange

How do I prepare the tea?

Use ½ teaspoon of ginger tea with 1 cup of hot water. Steep for at least 7 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavor). For a second cup, re-steep the same ginger pulp for at least 15 minutes. For iced tea, steep first, then pour over ice.

Do your ginger teas contain caffeine?

No. All our ginger teas are herbal and naturally caffeine-free.

How long does ginger tea last?

If stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, we recommend enjoying them within 12 months for the best flavor and quality. Please check the “best by” date on the packaging.

Are your ginger teas vegan?

Yes! Our ginger teas are made only from plant-based ingredients and are fully vegan and organic.

Can I use the ginger tea for cooking?

Yes! You can add it to soups, marinades, baked goods, or smoothies for a warm, spicy kick.

Are your ginger teas organic?

Yes! Ginger teas are made from organic ingredients, with no artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives.

Health & Medical

Can I drink your ginger shots while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Ginger is generally considered safe in moderate amounts during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and many people use it to help with nausea. However, our ginger shots are concentrated and unpasteurized, so we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before consuming them to ensure they are safe for you and your baby.

Can I drink ginger shots if I take medication?

It usually depends on the type of medication. We recommend consulting your doctor before taking ginger shots if you are on any medication.

What is the difference between the delivery and shipping of your products?

We only ship our ginger teas across Canada; however, we deliver both our teas and shots locally.

Local delivery of both of our product lines is available in most cities in the Metro Vancouver area, including:

How much does delivery or shipping cost?

Local delivery within Metro Vancouver: Free for orders over CAD 60; otherwise, the fee is calculated at checkout.


Shipping across Canada ( available for teas only): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery or shipping take?

We deliver once a week. Depending on your location, you will receive your order either on the weekend or, at the latest, on Monday—if your order is placed before our Thursday 10 PM deadline.

Orders placed after the deadline will be delivered the following week.

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try again the next week.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! You can choose the pick-up option at checkout.

Please call or text us at 604‑360‑5139 or 778‑919‑0104 to schedule your pick-up. Every pick-up must be scheduled in advance.

Payment Options

What are the payment options?

There are two payment options:

  • Online: Pay at checkout using your debit/credit card, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay.
  • Cash: Pay in cash at the time of delivery.

Can I use a gift card to pay?

Yes! You can purchase gift cards from us and use them to pay for your orders. Please click here to purchase a gift card.

How does the subscription plan work?

Subscribe to our plan to keep your fridge stocked and enjoy a 10% discount on every recurring order. Our subscription program makes everything easier!

Choose how often you’d like to receive your bottles: biweekly, once a month, or every six weeks. You can modify, pause or cancel your plan anytime in your account.

How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe to a plan on our product page by selecting the subscription option and choosing the frequency of your deliveries.

We do not send recurring invoices—you will be charged automatically every 2, 4, or 6 weeks on Tuesday morning, depending on your selected frequency.

The day before your payment is processed (Monday), you will receive a notification email about the upcoming charge with a button. Clicking the button allows you to pause or reschedule your delivery. All changes must be made before the payment is processed on Tuesday morning.

Will I be charged automatically?

Can I edit, pause or cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can make changes, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime. Follow these instructions:

From a laptop:

  1. Log in to your account by clicking the person icon in the top right-hand corner, next to the shopping cart, and fill in your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, click on Subscriptions in the top menu.
  3. Find the Pause / Cancel button in the top right corner to make changes.

From a mobile device:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the roll-down menu in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. Go to Subscriptions and find the Pause / Cancel button to make changes.

How do I make a change to my subscription?

Changes can be made directly in your online account. Simply log in and click on Subscriptions.

If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one you want to edit. All changes must be made before your next scheduled automatic payment to take effect.

Can I return my empties to you?

Yes, we have a bottle return program. Leave clean, empty bottles without lids or plastic
neck rings by your door on your next delivery day. We’ll credit your account $0.25 per
bottle that you can use towards your next purchase.

Store Credit

Where do I find my store credit?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. On the right-hand side, click the person icon next to the shopping cart.
  3. Click on your initials in the top right corner and select Profile.
  4. Scroll down to the Payment section to see your store credit value.

If you do not have any store credit, the balance will show as $0.

How do I use my store credit?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Add everything that you would like to purchase to your cart
  3. On the checkout page in the payment section, click on Apply Store Credit
  4. Click on checkout
  5. Complete your payment

Can I use store credit for the subscription order?

Yes, you can. Please contact us, and we will apply the store credit to your account for the following subscription order.

Empty Bottle Return

Do you take your bottles back?

Yes, we do! Here’s how:

Farmers Markets:
Bring your clean, empty bottles (without lids or plastic neck rings) to any farmers market we attend, and receive $0.25 per bottle toward your next purchase.

Delivery Days:
Leave clean, empty bottles (without lids or plastic neck rings) by your door on your next delivery day. We’ll collect them and add store credit to your account.

Please remember: Only clean bottles are eligible for credit, as this helps us maintain our reuse program. Thank you for your support!

Where I return the empty bottles?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my purchase?

We’re sorry, but all purchases are final sale due to the nature of our products. Once an order has been delivered or purchased in person, it cannot be returned.

Can I exchange my order for something else?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges due to the nature of our products.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Do you offer wholesale?
